Frequently asked questions
How do I book a session?
Please check our calendar or email us to discuss availability. All bookings require a deposit or full payment to confirm your shoot. Please note that bookings are not confirmed without the deposit payment.
How many images will I have in my gallery?
During a 45 minute shoot you can expect approx. 30-50 images.
- A mini shoot will have approx. 30 images.
- A 90 minute shoot will be approx. 60-100 images.
- A corporate headshot shoot will have approx. 20 images.
- A dog photoshoot will have approx. 30 images.
- A wedding gallery will contain several hundred images potentially based on how long we are there on the day.
Each shoot will vary and the quantity of images may differ. Our focus always remains on the quality of your images not the quantity.
How much do you charge?
All of our prices are shown on our main page with the length of time the shoot will last for. There are no hidden costs. Additional images, beyond those included in any package, are available from £8 per image (when buying 5+). Mini shoot prices may vary. The most you could pay per image is £10.
We ensure our prices are kept as affordable as possible as we want everyone to be able to enjoy a photoshoot for any occassion.
If you cannot afford a full length photo session we offer our half length session.
How long does it take to receive the final photos?
Your private gallery will normally be available within 48 hours to pick your favourites. Once selected it will usually take up to 5 days for your edits. Mini galleries will be back within 5 days.
Wedding galleries will take several weeks to complete.
Where is your studio?
We can be found in The Yards off Market Street in Kettering NN16 0AH.
Please note the studio is up a flight of external stairs.
Do you have public liability insurance?
Yes, we hold £5M public liability insurance.
Do you have a police check?
Yes. Neil, main photographer and company director holds a clear enhanced DBS.
Can I buy more digital images/prints?
Yes, you can buy further digitial images direct from your private gallery.
Digital image downloads are available from £8 per image and we have various packages available.
You can also order prints direct from your gallery using our preferred supplier Loxley Colour. Prints start at £3.00 exc. delivery with a minimum order value of £10.
